As a doctor, we recommend nutritional supplements for a number of reasons. Among those are dry eye and macular degeneration. In both cases the patients often have dry mouths as well. Eyelessons.com continues to be a sponsor-free website for educational purposes. However, all readers should realize that behavior is critical to maintenance of overall and ocular health and doctors should be sensitizing patients to the issue. With that being said, I want to highlight a new publication by an eye doctor that speaks to a healthy life style and provides some doggone good recipes at the same time. I have tried a few and can recommend the book highly.
Neither eyelessons.com nor Larry Alexander, OD is receiving any compensation for this recommendation.
